Behind the Mirror

I was just searching through the web for tips on a self-makeover.
For me, it's not just about the externals but I want to focus on my personality and spiritual growth.

I strongly believe that a person is not just whole on the outside ( come on, you can look like BradPitt/Kim Kardashian but have a mind like a three year old! ) but on the inside as well.

Too bad people are so caught up with tons and tons of beauty measures that they forget about their excessive anger issues and their blatant ignorance to whats around them! ( I can admit that I am also guilty -except for the anger issue part- ). Don't get me wrong. LOOKS ARE JUST AS IMPORTANT AS WHAT'S INSIDE....EXCEPT THAT ITS THE INSIDE THAT MATTERS MOST.

Well..I found these tips for the physical side of the makeover. Just read through.

Step1
Work on improving your attitude towards yourself. Learn to be more self-confident and happy with yourself.

Step2
Go through your closet and sort out those old clothes to begin your makeover. If your clothes are too tight, too loose, or worn and tattered get rid of them. Buy clothes that fit like they were made just for you and are stylish.

Step3
Shop for shoes. It's time to replace those shoes that are worn out and faded. Step into a shoe store and try on some new styles. Ask someone to help you decide what looks good on you if you need help.

Step4
Change you hairstyle. A fresh cut and maybe some high-lights can do wonders for the self-esteem. Look through magazines and ask a friend to give an opinion about the style you choose.

Step5
Buy new makeup. Select tones that are right for your skin color. Use the color guides in the stores or book a consultation with a beauty expert.

Step6
Treat yourself to a manicure and pedicure during your makeover. Be careful, this personalized treatment can spoil you.

Step7
Eat healthy since beauty comes from within. Take good care of your health and your skin by eating right and getting plenty of exercise. The new you will look and feel terrific.

Oh well, I gotta get started!

P.S. Can't wait for Christmas!!! ( JOY TO THE WORLD THAT THE SILENT NIGHT IS HERE IN THE WINTER WONDERLAND!! )

Get it?
Never mind...if its too lame for you
:P
